Like what other reviewers said, this place is a dormitory not a hotel! I stayed overnight and just could not sleep the whole evening. 🚩No toilets in each rooms. If you need to pee or have menstruation you have to go out of your room, walk the stairs, which is not safe for girls and the elderly. 🚩They only have dark/old towels. Even the cheapest inns in Japan have pajamas and clean towels. 🚩Thin walls allowing for constant noise, especially in the communal living room where people talk overnight. You can hear your neighbors cough and swallow their saliva 😂 Not joking 😭 🚩No staff at night, and the location is dangerous and dirty. Overall, disappointing place to stay in Osaka. Don’t expect improvements despite management’s promises.

Inexpensive hotel in a central location, though the area is somewhat shady. I expected a "hotel" to have a private washroom, but they just have private rooms with public washrooms, which is fine for the price, but I would prefer to call this a hostel. The rooms were new-looking and well maintained.

Not too far from Dobutsuen Mae Sta. OSAKA metro Midosuuji Line. Near from Supermarket. The room is very small... if you put your big suitcase it's the problem

Staff were okay, the area was abit rough but subway was very close. I had the worst nights sleep because the rooms have holes and you can literally hear everyone’s conversations in the next rooms so I couldn’t sleep until they stopped talking and watching tv which was very late, I also had to ask 2 separate rooms to keep the noise down as they were shouting each other down the corridor at 11.30pm. The room was tiny could barely fit my case inside, but bed was super comfortable and room and bathroom was clean, overall okay if you’re only staying for one night or so and noise isn’t an issue for you. Also wifi didn’t work for first 3 hours then just randomly turned on after trying for hours previously?
