Due Covid 19 measures and because Flydubai has cancelled our flights, we cannot go Dubai, and Yanjoon were not treated as we expected. They refused to help us in order to modify travel dates or even refund at least something from money we've payd on Booking.com. This is very unproffesional for a big firm like them. I am very sorry because when I choosed them I've read a lot of good things about them. Allah will consider this. Money is not everything, especially in this sorrow situation. I still hope to find a way to speak with them.
