*In general: Good hotel and amazing location with very good breakfast.. Room service was not good. *Breakfast: The breakfast is very good and varied, and the restaurant has a wonderful view of the sea. *Stuff: The staff are friendly and smiling, especially Mr. Jassim. *Room clean service: The room cleaning service was not good, and there is no follow-up on materials such as soap, toilet paper, and clean cups.

Beside a booking issue (which was resolved by front desk receptionist) everything was great about this hotel. All the attractions of Sultanahmet are literally on walking distance. Hotel is new & offers you clean & with good views. Rooms may be bit small, but they are very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely delicious, fresh and there were so many choices. Chef was very skilled and very hospitable. Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped me have a great time in Istanbul. Definitely a 5 Start hotel.
