This hotel might have a minor issue being a little bit set back from the main part of the city, but the area is nice enough and quiet. The room was huge, plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the room was kept very neat and clean by the staff. The pool was a good size and worth a dip in the heat of the day. I would recommend this hotel as a cost effective location to enjoy a good stay in Singapore.

Had a very pleasant stay at York Hotel. Excellent service from the front desk - Sophie was super helpful with the room selection and check out. The room was a good size and quiet too.

Good rooms with a wide spread for breakfast buffet. The interconnecting rooms came with requested cot. Good amenities with close proximity to Orchard. Staff were hospitable and honest. They helped find lost items for us.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff provided great service. Its location was very convenient to walk directly onto Orchard Road. Getting to public transportation such as the bus stop and the train station was also very quick and easy. There are multiple malls around for shopping and to grab a quick bite. The hotel also provided us with a crib for our baby (14mo) for safe sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We went to York hotel with a slight hesitation reading mixed reviews! But it was truly value for money! The staff and service is very prompt ! The hotel is clean and the beds are super comfortable ! We were lucky to have an upgrade to king bed and rooms with a bath tub! Rooms are warm and super clean ! The breakfast was great that came with the package and the location is so very good. Few min walk to orchard and all bus and MRT connectivity. We did not use the pool so can’t comment on that! But overall a good stay! You can go there without any inhibitions!
