Only stayed 1 night but it was fab. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was good but it needed work especially towards allergic and intolerant customers. The room quality was incredible and aircon worked well. Booking was easy yet time consuming and location is 10 mins from a food complex with a mix of local and general foods. Staff were also lovely and overall it was a pleasant stay. Journey was long but is was heavy Friday night traffic. Would recommend :) and big thanks to the residence as well.

It is a very clean and cosy hotel and the staff is quite friendly (though communication in english can be difficult). We accidentally booked the wrong dates (one month later) and they were so kind to provide us a room for the same price. The breakfast was good. There are plenty of options for eating in the area around the hotel. The only thing one should be aware of is that the distance to the center of the city is quite large. We were trying to get back to the hotel on a friday night at around 10pm by taxi and 8 or 9 taxi drivers refused to drive us there. Only when we asked the receptionist of a big hotel he could get us a taxi which would drive us (for relatively high price).

This place is getting worst. The room were okay but the breakfast was disgusting and the staff were even worst. There are plenty of ants all over the food counter but the staff just couldn't care much.
