I stayed with this company for 4 nights. They are family owned and have over 90 apartments in the Porto area of various sizes and finishes. After a small snafu about extending my reservation they more than made it right by giving me a better apartment in a better location and meeting me so I didn’t have to fiddle with the door code in the rain. All of the staff I dealt with - Paula, Simon, Rui Pedro, and Luz - were fantastic and went above and beyond to help with arrival, local information, and departure. Their apartments are a great option if you’re traveling to Porto!

I posted a detailed 2 star (subsequently reduced to 1 star after a factually incorrect and most unsatisfactory response from the property manager) review following a stay in May this year. My review (and the management response) appear to have been deleted. I note that, when selecting "newest" reviews, there is nothing more recent than 6 months ago.

Highly Highly Recommended for its location, view and the beautiful apartment that it is. My first time in Porto, and couldn't have been a better place to stay in. A service apartment, with a kitchen and a small but beautiful balcony. Stay on the upper floors for a good view. The stairs are pretty steep to climb with luggage though, but manageable.

Do not reserve here. I booked via a third party booking app. That companies booking agents and myself have been trying to get a refund for the stay. I experienced a medical crisis and had medical documentation stating I could not travel. I offered to provide the documentation and it was not even seen. Not only did I have to deal with a medical crisis, my family vacation was ruined and I am out over 300.00, because the hotels refusal to refund. Honestly, does it matter if the rooms are nice if people will be so cruel and thoughtless to their customers? Spend your money where people appreciate and care about their customers.

We have just returned from an amazing 3 night stay in the Opo Ribeira Apartments (3). The booking process (we had to re-arrange due to Covid), the check-in, even arranging a taxi to collect us from the airport, right through to all the little thoughtful details make this a perfect place to stay. Miguel was even able to offer suggestions for dinner bookings etc. The apartment itself is probably the best location in Porto - right at the side of the river, so just a short stroll to bars/restaurants and street entertainment. The view from the apartment is stunning by day, but at night - my goodness, breath-taking is all I can say! I would recommend this apartment to anybody and we will definitely return in the very near future.
