Very nice staff! Always greet you and help you. Rooms are nice and clean. Small like all Japanese hotels but not too small! It has everything you need. It is really sound proof, you don’t hear anything at night so you can sleep well. Overall really good! Thank you for our stay. They give you clean towels everyday and the roomstaff are so sweet! (We stayed here 9 nights)

Stayed here for almost a week. Located close to Shin-Osaka station in a quiet neighborhood, with a metro station nearby. Staff were very friendly and spoke amazingly good English. Room was small but clean and cozy, toiletries and towels were brought every day. No issues with the wifi. Didn't make use of the breakfast, but from what I understand they got rid of the buffet in favor of bento boxes. On-site onsen was a great bonus, just as clean as the rest of the hotel. Laundry machines and a vending machine were right next to reception, there was also a second vending machine upstairs right by the onsen. Overall great quality for the low price you can usually find this hotel at, will probably stay here again!

The hotel is tidy and neat. I think for other people the room would have been good but for me have I have a problem with hair on the toilet seat that is not mine. Minor thing for some people but a problem for me. Lol

I stayed here for a week during my recent trip and used it as a base to hop on the Shinkansen every morning and travel to different cities all over the region. It is literally a 4-5 minute walk from the central exit at Shin-Osaka Station. It's mainly geared towards salarymen, but I saw a good number of fellow tourists staying here as well. I chose the breakfast option with my stay and the hotel would provide a tasty bento and green tea/water every morning with it starting at 6:30 AM. They have seperate communal baths for both men and women on the second floor with great access hours to use them. They also have a small laundry area that I used for the guests, a microwave, and an amenities station by the front desk. They will hold your luggage for you before and after your stay if you need it. The hotel lobby, facilities, and my room were always super clean during my stay and they had trash cans for guest use at the end of every hallway. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful every single time I interacted with them. The elevators were extremely fast and I never waited for one for more than 15-20 seconds. The rooms are relatively small but they are well equipped. I especially enjoyed the bedside lighting controls and usb outlet. They provide everything you'll most likely need in the bathroom except toothpaste. Some people have said that there's not much to do around the hotel and I do agree with that. However there is an abundance of great restaurants, conbinis, grocery stores, and coffee shops within a very short walking distance of the hotel. I was extremely satisfied with my stay there and I will definitely stay there again the next time I come back to Osaka. I stayed at three hotels during a two week vacation in Japan and this was easily the best of the three. Thank you for having me and I'm very grateful for your hard work and effort that your staff put in to make my stay very comfortable!
