I can say only one word fabulous. We were with our 10 month old baby and before check in I informed them. And they arranged everything for him from onsen to the dining room. It's a family business and boutique hotel. Only 3-4 rooms and a quiet place. Onsen was private and you can use it 2 times a day with a reservation namely there are no women or men onsens you can enter with your family which was very good. Some details we were very delighted about like a personalised dinner with a list, yakuta wears for the whole family even my baby or the place designed on trains which I loved very much...etc The toilet was an ordinary technological one. The location is also good for us. We came by taxi and when we were rooming around we used a bus to the lake. Also I would like to mention they have home made yuzu(Japanese orange)wine and plum wine. Owner was very kind and polite. Definitely a recommended place. Thanks for everything.

A wonderful, very nice owner, ready to meet the expectations of every visitor. It seemed as if he was sincerely happy with the arrival of each guest. We have never been so warmly welcomed in any other facility. There is a small onsen at the facility, which you can use exclusively by yourself after selecting the time. So this is a great option for couples who would like to finally take a bath together :) The meals were wonderful, individually prepared for each visitor. The owner prepared a special named menu for each evening, so you could try different home-made dishes every day :) A truly wonderful place!

I stayed here for my 10 month old son's hot spring debut. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was reserved for only one group, so we were able to spend a relaxing time with our family of three without worrying about the people around us. (This may change from next month as it depends on the coronavirus situation) We were very pleased with the warm hospitality of the host, who informed us in advance about the prefectural discount even before our stay, and during our stay.This is a wonderful inn in every way! ! I'm really grateful that they provided everything, including trash cans and bags for diapers, baby baths and body soap for the baby in the bathroom, and it was very helpful. What I was most happy about was that although we did not include meals for the children this time, they went out of their way to prepare plates and drinks for the children, and provided meals that were easier for the children to eat while the adults took the portions. I was really moved by what you did. . It was so delicious that I ate it all! The food was very delicious, and I was able to use the hot springs for private use, so it was great ⭐︎ The location of the accommodation was good, so I was able to go sightseeing to various places. This time, thank you very much! ! I definitely want to go again (^_^)☆
