This place is a complete waste of money. I payed 120€ to get robbed by the worst managed hotel ever. First all the employees are careless men. The toilet is messy and is clear that it hasn’t been cleaned since at least a month. I found bugs everywhere. Even in the bed found some bedbugs I couldn’t even stay the night from how gross it was. With the same price you could get a room in a REAL hotel with real service. DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT the only reason you should come here is if you are VERY careless of your body and hygiene.

I stayed at Yusra Suit Trabzon with my family and was disappointed with the service. The bathroom was not what you would expect to pay for the price. The leakage was visible and overall horrible. The service was horrible in terms of asking for a baby cot that was chargable and the quality of the baby cot was horrible. The room was not kid-friendly and the place did not deserve the pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone except the accessibility to the airport was easy.

The worst receptionist I have ever seen in my life. Mohammed has a very bad attitude towards everyone, does not respond to calls. Rooms have not been cleaned for more than 3 days, towels have not been changed, floors are all dirty and dusty. Room does not have a proper curtain so as soon as the sun goes up we all wake up. Water has all of a sudden got cut off and no support from Mohammed as he is the only contact we have and the room does not even have a phone to call the reception!! Have never seen worse than this place and highly advise to avoid going through such experiences. The receptionist Mohammed should not be working in a place with customer service due to the very bad attitude and lack of experience. Finally, AC in the living room does not work, trash is not being cleared out of rooms since no cleaning is done, water is leaking in the rest rooms.

If there is zero star i would rate it , the worst ever, i felt sick for what i had seen inside the apartment , lets start with the basement, you can see long cloth rack which belongs to men, for the room , its so cheap ! Furniture is too old and dirty , bugs on beds ! The toilet was dirty and leaking water , the floor was wet , I couldnt stay , we arrived at 1 am after midnight , 2 am we went to other descent hotel . Total waste of money !
