Location is right near An Dong Markets and there a few decent local restaurants near by. There are also gold jewellers nearby that you can exchange your money at. Area felt relatively safe and there were no safety concerns during our stay. The staff including security guards were really friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests. Most of the staff are able to speak English. They do daily breakfast for a small fee held near their reception on ground floor. The gym is quite small and the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while when I went to have a look. Rooms were quite average in size.

The Room was not real big but not too small either. quite clean and cozy too. I slept very well. The bed was nice and comfortable. A rare find in Vietnam. Rooftop pool and bar, cocktails were good 👍 they had food too but I didn't try. Staff was polite. We stayed 4 nights. I would stay again if I was in the area.

This is my worst experience in VN and also the whole world. I traveling a lot because of my job. 70% of my time is traveling for work. I can stay at many other brand name hotel like Marriott, IHG on district 1 using my status and points for free nights but I pick this hotel is because it closed to my relatives in VN. The hotel treat customer’s guests like criminal. My sister and cousin visit me on day time. They ask for ID email address and social media account etc.. both Manager and front desk are really unprofessional. I book two night but end up one night I have to go to the cross street Winsor to stay my second night. Wasted my money here. The room are not clean and has smell. Breakfast not many choices and charge high prices. The room key they give to me like very old and dirty make me feel like not really want to touch it. Not recommended this hotel, if you search for hotel in this area go cross street Winsor it cost a little bit more but you get a lot better experience.

Very nice rooms especially relative to other hotels in the area. However a very poor checkout experience, was charged extra for using their slippers and losing one of their grocery bags. As well was charged breakfast after only having orange juice then being told by staff that my room doesn’t include breakfast. Not very accommodating staff, would recommend staying at hotels in district one for the same price and better accommodations if possible.
