This is an absolute gem of a hotel, the location is fantastic as it is walking distance to everywhere but slightly quieter than in old town, the staff are exceptional and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive and are very helpful in arranging transports/tours/visits and recommend excellent restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and well designed with excellent amenities. The whole hotel is immaculately clean at all times. Breakfast was delicious serving a wide range of fruits, eggs, and local specialties. Very highly recommended.

The Zen Boutique hotel is absolutely charming Our room was lovely and spacious. The breakfasts are delicious (particularly the home made yoghurt) and the staff so helpful and welcoming. We stayed 5 nights. We were able to use the hotel bikes which enabled us to visit An Bang beach and countryside. We either walked or took the bikes into the historic heart of Hoi An. We were glad we were not right in the historic centre as it was very busy. We were close enough to walk. Thank you. A fabulous hotel.

Very lovely, helpful staff. Calm, warm atmosphere, enjoyed the room. The breakfast is so very tasty! It is located close to rice fields but still close to the center. If you don’t want to walk for 10-15 min, the hotel will give a bike. A wonderful place to stay - I stayed four nights.

We had a wonder experience here. The host greated us with some juice and gave us a rundown of activities and tours that we can potentially do and offered booking them for us. We got the motorcycle from them and the tour we did was really good as well. The free breakfast included for the morning was fantastic; not only that there were options, the local food they provided was also amazing. I would love to come back to Hoi An and stay here again! 😆

Zen Boutique Villa is an exceptional hotel. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the Hoi An Ancient Town. The hotel offers complimentary bike hire also. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It matches the theme of the hotel and uses a subtle Japanese aesthetic that is simple yet visually appealing. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. Even going as far as to book and suggest tours for you to complete. Cannot recommend Zen Boutique Villa enough.
