This was my first time visiting Turkey .I travelled on my own. Though I didn't stay there I spent 6 days out of my 7 there. My friend lives 5 minutes walk from this hotel. You can't fault the location. I fell in love with this place. The views are amazing. The staff are exceptional , very friendly, and attentive, a credit to the propieitr and nothing to much trouble, your glass is never empty plus they even change the ice in the wine bucket when they see it start melting .The food was really fantastic . I loved the fact they have stray animals cats dogs, that get along together, just lying around, and they are so friendly to. I even named a few of them, and my friend let's me know how they are doing now im home . Love the fact that they feed them every day and have lots of water in different places for them to drink from. Iv recommended Zest to a few family members, I am planning on coming back next year, and if he's lucky enough, I might bring my husband and will definitely stay there

Great hotel, and great value for money. Has a small private beach with sunbeds. Breakfast is good, decent selection of things, snd the restaurant itself is great. Rooms are modern and spacious, good air conditioning, extensive cleaning, views are amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a swimming pool. A few things to keep in mind - some rooms might be noisy because of the music coming from the restaurants below (you can close the doors though), there are no cutlery or glasses (just single use ones) in the rooms (you can ask some from the restaurant), there a lot of cats and big dogs walking around the beach and restaurant (they are not aggressive, but might be annoying and scary for little kids). One small improvement for the restaurant is to make sure breakfast dishes are clean - I noticed dried food leftovers on them a few times.

We arrived late around 2pm. Receptionist kindly helped me with parking, bags, fast check in and even got ice for us from closed restaurant. Big thank you to him for being so welcome and helpful. Room was clean, modern, with balcony overlooking swimming pool and partially sea, perfect air-conditioning, safe, fridge, mini bar. Complementary bottle of water, tea and coffee. Music in surrounding hotels/restaurants played until 12am, 1am. Bathroom was good with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, which were replaced. Towels changed every day, over 4 day stay sheets were changed twice. Breakfast turkish buffet style, which was plenty for us Beach is clean, water is crystal clean. Staff is good, speaks a bit not much of English, wasn't a problem for us, but you have to check your receipts to make sure there are no extra items you haven't order hence haven't had. Prices are reasonable. Recommend. Best place in Ortakent, Bitez and Gümbet. Helps if you know a few turkish words
