Excellent place to stay in Istanbul. Breakfast was good, though not very varied (it changes mid-week to add some other options, but it would be nice to have some fresh pastries, and other breads.) There's a small selection of hot food, scrambled eggs, sausages etc. There's free coffee and biscuits 5-7pm every day. Nice touch and we used it many times during our stay. The location is very good, right next to the major attractions on the European side, a close tram and rail stop, and many restaurants. You might hear the call to prayer, but if that bothers you, you can close the window and it's pretty sound insulated. Service was excellent, the staff can help with all of your needs, taxi transfer, booking events etc. The only complaint was our room was a little on the small side, and the shower could have been a touch cleaner and nicer (some signs of mold on the seal, tiny bottles of shower gel provided), but we didn't spend that much time in it, so really no big deal.

The shower’s water pressure was terrible and they use a shared electric heater, meaning you run out of hot water very quickly (if you even get any at all). The breakfast wasn’t that good either; stale juice and cereal. The remaining breakfast components however are acceptable. The staff generally aren’t helpful, they’re very stuck up compared to other staff we’ve ran into such as Old Town Point in Antalya and Set Ozer in Çanakkale. The location is nice as it’s literally minutes away from Hagia Sofia and the Cistern.

Stayed at a friend’s recommendation, location is ideal, very close to grand bazar, hagia Sofia and other attractions. A very small hotel, but overall not bad, the only negative side was the breakfast, most of the items in the menu are left overs from day or probably days before. Would probably still chose again for convenience of the location.

We had a fantastic 1 night stay at this hotel. The staff are fantastic and very helpful / accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade, and the room was lovely. They have daily free coffee and tea between 5 and 7pm and free breakfast, both are great. The hotel is really well situated near to the Hagia Sophia Mosque. Speaking of Mosques, the hotel is a 2 min walk from one. It was magical to sit on the hotel terrace and listen to the call to prayer. The call to prayer does have a set back though, you'll be hearing it at 5am. That being said, I think it would be impossible to find a hotel in Istanbul that isn't in close proximity to a mosque. I highly recommend staying here :)
