Worst experience booking an apartment + Beautiful view from the window, convenient location in the city center - I have not met such disrespect for guests in any country, in any hotels or apartments. I was sent instructions on how to find the apartment key on the day of check-in. Everything seemed to be clear. I warned that our flight is delayed, so we can only check in late at night. Already in the correspondence, they answered me not very friendly, but I did not pay attention to it. When we arrived at the building, we spent 10 minutes looking for the key. Found Then, we could not figure out how to open the inner door, because it was not written in the instructions. After 15 minutes of fighting with the intercom, the key and the doors, we finally got inside. And what did we see? The concierge sits and watches us suffer all this time and didn't even ask if we needed help! Yes, it is written on the door that the concierge is not obliged to open the door. But, seeing a woman with a child and a suitcase at 2:30 in the morning and obviously knowing about the late check-in of the guests, was it difficult to at least say through the closed door how we should open it? Do the rules of humanity do not apply in this place?! Now about the apartments. What is our fault that we can be accommodated in old, poorly cleaned apartments? Dust and cobwebs on the balcony. The paint got on the windowsills, dirty walls. It was very difficult to sleep on the bed because it creaked a lot. There were two body towels and ONE face towel for two people. Even the tea bag (one for two) was torn. I don't understand how people can be housed in such a shed for such a large amount of money?! The only good thing about this property is the location. Perhaps there are better rooms here, based on other reviews (I relied on them when choosing our accommodation). But we were not very lucky. I do not advise anyone to stay here. The photos on the website do not correspond to reality at all. I was simply deceived by being offered comfortable apartments. I confirm my review with photos taken during our stay.
