ABSOLUTE HORROR EXPERIENCE! I arrived at the hotel at 2Pm on time for the check-in. The hotel reception started to serve customers who arrived after and made us wait. We had a very long journey and didn't have a single minute of sleep for more than 36hours. The hotels Hospitality management is absolutely terrible and have management skills. After we was finally served after waiting for around 30-40minutes we went up to our hotel room to find that there is a cleaner still cleaning the room even though it is nearly 3pm. The reason to why check in starts after 2pm is so that there is enough time for the cleaning to be complete after the previous users. The hotel room STANK of cigarettes and had many marks on the sofa. After the cleaner left, my friend wanted to go sleep and once he opened the blanket he noticed that the bed is wet and damp. I opened the door and called over the Cleaner and informed her that the bed was wet and all she had to say to me was "Open the window it will dry". This is completely unacceptable by the cleaner, it was a cold day and the bed was severely damp, and wouldn't dry even if window was opened. This was completely unacceptable and as we was really tired after a long journey we couldn't even get a simple thing done right. The toilet didn't even have Toilet paper or soap either, simple essentials in a hotel room. I had a very important appointment that I had missed due to the absolute poor service that we received from the Hotel. Due to this poorly service we decided to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. The hotel takes the money upfront and when we decided to leave they resisted on refunding our money back. Eventually they said that they will refund the money back however charge us for the few hours that we were there. The hotel is scammers, disrespectful and dishonest. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL BECAUSE YOU COULD BE ONE OF THE UNLUCKY PEOPLE TO GET THE TREATMENT WE GOT. IT IS ALSO A MUST TO VIEW A ROOM BEFORE STAYING.
