Terrible hotel with lazy, unconcerned and sorry excuses for owners. They will not accommodate you in the slightest and will scam you out of money/will ignore you when you message them/ pretend they don’t speak English when you call them. I cancelled my booking with zleep63 promptly and booked a lovely stay with>>>>> THE CHECKIN HOTEL@DON MUEANG

Dirty room. Seems like they didn't change bedsheets, had strains and questionable hair on it. Bathroom was fairy clean. The owner, the woman was rude and unhelpful. Kept snapping at me while I checked in. Walking distance but not convenient to walk to the airport. The pavement is terrible, espicially with luggage and walking from the SRT red line and not much street light, really dark at night.

I didn’t stay here to be honest but I had it booked through agoda. I cancelled immediately with a refund after a couple back and forth conversation about a late checkin, possibly passed midnight because potential delays on arrival, and they would just repeat a generic answer like a robot stating the latest checkin time is 12am. I told them my flight lands at 10:30pm, and asked if they can make an exception if I take longer than expected a little passed midnight incase my flight is delayed or I get stuck in line at immigration. Zero reply... mind you I had to push them to answer my questions before. We’re not here to play guessing games, we need clear answers. A simple “no we cannot do that” would’ve even sufficed, but zero communication is worse. I cancelled based on a speculation they are planning to take my money and give the room out to someone else using the information I provided to them against me. Win win for them… or so they thought. Forgetting theres other avenues to tell the story. This is to warn others who are potentially needing a place to stay passed midnight. You may get stranded! As for the owner… even if my speculation was wrong, you have no say in anything, because you chose to not communicate, and I think you just don’t care. So here you go, theres a one star for you. Because you don’t care anyways 👍 PS: several other people wrote a review who actually met you… and said that you gave them attitude, I can already feel that vibe just through texting. You should consider fixing that.
