Great hotel in a quiet local-feel area of Barcelona. Coffee/restaurants/tapas nearby, shopping and train close. Beach and tourist attractions are close enough but not too close to be clogged with tourists. Really enjoyed the hotel and location and would stay again! Comfy and clean rooms. Wish i knew what type of pillows they use so I could purchase for my own house. Pool and rooftop area closes early, which would be my only complaint.

I am absolutely shocked by the way the staff are at this hotel. I have never had such a bad experience when it comes to customer service. If you read the bad reviews on any website, they are very dismissive and say everyone is a liar. I would never ever waste my money on this hotel again. Disgusting behaviour. Check-in was a nightmare. I had to wait for the receptionist to wake up. The breakfast was all cold because they hadn't changed the heat lamps. Room upgrade... God knows what that was about. Was not an update at all. Coffee and water were not topped up. Cleaners helping themselves to out food. (Very bizarre) On check out, when I tried to express my experience, they did not want to know at all and shouted in my face saying hurry up your taxis outside. Would not even look at me when I was speaking I think they have a problem with the English, which, to be honest, I'm not surprised. But oh my god, I have never had such a bad experience. Disgusting behaviour Such a shame because the hotel itself is lovely.

Lovely modern hotel. Close to public transport and easy to get to the beach. Would stay here again. Not a 5 star for me because: 1. When we arrived, the shower was not clean. There was hair and mould and mildew in the shower and on the door edges (see pictures) 2. Breakfast was the same every single day. It’s nicely presented but very bland and boring and not very warm. Also no option of cooked eggs. 3. One receptionist was not very helpful when we arrived. Gave us no information about the facilities we can use and how to access them. Just very blunt, asked us for our passports and gave us the room card. The receptionist in the morning was much more helpful.

We stayed here for 4 nights & don‘t regret our choice. The room was very clean & the room service was reliable. The staff was helpful & did not hesitate to answer any of our questions, very friendly as well. The hotel has a cozy little rooftop bar which is an added bonus we took advantage of. We were able to store our luggage on the last day because we still had some time till our cab arrived. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport. We would love to come back someday.
