Offer is valid from 00:01 hours on 1st May 2023and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 20th May, 2023 (‘offer period’).

In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, Alliance Partner reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria: ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
Alliance Partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the ICICI Bank shall be final and binding.

If the customer doesn't receive the discount, they must raise the claim at Alliance Partner customer support within 2 days from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so,they will not be eligible for the discount amount.

If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Card to Alliance Partner, then the cardholder will need to approach ICICI Bank Card. Alliance Partner shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customers.

Changes in flights and dates are allowed with change fees and fare difference.
To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re-check in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above, then you need to book a separate booking for a child.
All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective airlines/supplier.
All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. Alliance Partner is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end.
If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Alliance Partner will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
