Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid from 23rd Jan 2024 at 00:00 hours to 30th Jan 2024 at 23:59 hours.
2. The offer is only valid on one-way or roundtrip (domestic or international) flight bookings.
3. The offer will be applicable only once per user (Adani Reward Members).
4. Adani Reward Members are eligible to earn bonus of 750 Adani Reward Points on flight bookings made during the offer period with the promo code ‘ROR750’, subject to fulfilling the flight trip.
5. To avail this offer, Adani Reward Members must enter the correct Coupon Code – ‘ROR750’ in the ‘coupon code’ field and apply. The promo code will be applied.
6. There is no restrictions on travel dates or minimum transaction value.
7. All bookings are subject to availability.
8. Adani Reward Members can select and avail only one coupon code at the time of flight booking.
9. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
10. The bonus Adani Reward Points accrued through transactions shall be credited to the Adani Reward Members’ Adani Rewards Membership Account within 45 working days from the date of fulfilment.
11. The bonus of 750 Adani Reward Points is valid for a period of two years from the date of credit into the Adani Reward Membership Account.
12. In case of a full cancellation, the offer becomes void, and Adani Reward Members will not be eligible for the promo code on the next booking.
13. If there is any rescheduling of flights, Adani Reward Members must bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) and another rescheduling/cancellation fee.
14. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, and to withdraw this offer at any time in its sole discretion. Adani One can do so at any time, without prior notice, and without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
15. Adani Reward Members who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings with this offer for their members. Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. Adani One shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
16. Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
17. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
18. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the user, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
19. In no event shall the entire liability of Adani One under this offer shall exceed the number of bonus Adani Reward Points under this offer.
20. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this offer.
22. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to which you agree by using Adani One, and in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to booking flight/airline tickets and Adani Rewards. To the extent that these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
23. By opting for this offer, every Adani Reward Members expressly agrees that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a member may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such a discount arising from such member’s own act of omission or commission.
24. The offer is completely optional and is chosen by the Adani Reward Members of their own volition. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
