Share Your Cart is a first-of-a-kind feature that makes duty-free shopping more inclusive by allowing travellers to share their duty free cart on Adani OneApp with friends and family. It enables both travellers and non-travellers to buy duty free together online, making it possible to plan purchases even if everyone isn’t travelling.

Through seamless duty-free cart sharing, a traveller can share cart instantly via a simple link, allowing others to share and shop together by adding their preferred duty-free products for international travellers. This makes duty-free shopping easy, collaborative, and far more convenient than traditional airport shopping.

The feature also helps users plan duty-free shopping together in advance, removing last-minute rush and ensuring a smoother experience at the airport. Once the cart is finalised, the traveller completes the purchase and collects all items at arrival, making the entire duty-free pre-order journey efficient and hassle-free.

Additionally, with Share Your Cart, multiple traveller passports can be added to increase the overall allowance, helping users maximise their purchases while staying within regulations.

Currently, Share Your Cart is available at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Lucknow and Amritsar Airports. It redefines how people experience airport duty-free cart share, turning it into a more connected, planned, and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

1. The Share your cart feature is offered by Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (ADL/We/Us) through its platform, Adani OneApp. This feature is designed to enable collaborative shopping between Non-travellers and Travellers on Adani OneApp. By using the Share your cart feature, the User (You) agrees to the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Adani OneApp.
2. The Share your cart feature allows a Traveller (an individual travelling internationally via Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Jaipur International Airport, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, Mangaluru International Airport, Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport, and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport) to create a shopping cart on Adani OneApp and share it with a Non-traveller (an individual not travelling). The Traveller can view, edit, and finalise the shared cart and complete the purchase through the Ospree Duty-Free store on Adani OneApp. The purchase is fulfilled at the airport at the time of pickup.
3. Benefits for the Traveller (User Making the Purchase): Upon successful purchase of a shared cart with a total bill value of ₹10,000 or more, the Traveller will receive a complimentary chocolate. Upon successful purchase with a total bill value of ₹20,000 or more, the Traveller will receive a complimentary duffle bag. Only one benefit will be issued per order. If both thresholds are met, only the higher-value item will be issued. The benefit will be handed over at the point of pickup from Ospree Duty-Free.
4. Benefits for the Non-traveller (User Sharing the Cart): Upon successfully adding items to a cart and sharing it with a Traveller who completes the purchase, the Non-traveller will receive 100 Adani Rewards per successful transaction on Adani OneApp. Adani Rewards will be credited directly to the Non-traveller’s Adani OneApp account.

This feature is available only on the official Adani OneApp, available on iOS & Android.The feature is valid only for purchases made from Ospree Duty-Free at the following airports: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Jaipur International Airport, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, Mangaluru International Airport, Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport, and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport.
6. Travellers must complete the order pickup at the airport to be eligible for the feature benefits.
7. The rewards (chocolate or duffle bag) are complimentary items provided as part of the shopping experience and are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable.
8. Feature-related Adani Rewards issued to Non-travellers will be governed by the Adani OneApp Loyalty Program Terms.
9. Each traveller can receive only one complimentary item per successful Share your cart.All benefits are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at ADL’s discretion.
10. ADL reserves the right to verify the identity of both Traveller and Non-traveller in case of suspicious activity or misuse of the feature.
11. ADL shall not be held liable for technical issues, cart-sharing errors, or delays in reward issuance due to user error or system limitations.
12. ADL reserves the right to modify, restrict, withdraw, or disable the Share your cart feature or its benefits at any time without notice.
13. Any misuse or abuse of the feature may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s Adani OneApp account or related benefits.
14. By opting for this feature, you expressly agree that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with your purchases or consumption that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
15. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
16. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
17. ADL does not endorse any of the products being offered under the offer.
18. In case of any dispute, the decision of ADL/Ospree Duty-Free will be final and binding.
19. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved as per ADL’s Grievance Policy.
20. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram.
