Frequently Asked Questions

The complimentary charges deducted are refunded at the bank’s discretion, if applicable. If your voucher is cancelled or expired, we will refund 100% of the amount and reverse the benefits as well. If the voucher has been redeemed, we offer no refund.
The unavailability of lounges at your desired location may be because they are not yet open for service for Adani OneApp users. Additionally, each card comes with unique provisions or benefits, and not all airports offer lounge facilities. Any of these factors could be the reason you are unable to find a lounge at your preferred airport.
You can book a lounge facility using a Credit or Debit card. Start by logging in to Adani OneApp using your mobile number and saving your card details. If the lounge is one of the benefits of your card, you can avail yourself of this service. Simply select your location, complete the transaction, and you will receive a voucher with a QR code. Show this voucher at the lounge entry and enjoy your time at the selected lounge.
If the eligible card provides lounge access for guests, they are permitted to accompany the cardholder. In cases where free guest access is not available, users can purchase extra entry passes to the lounge through Adani OneApp.

No, this is entirely at the discretion of the lounge operators and subject to local laws governing that particular lounge. In some cases, the lounge owner may serve limited drinks or may not serve them at all. Eligible customers should make prior enquiries before ordering separate alcoholic beverages apart from the complimentary drinks, as these would be chargeable.

Under the following conditions, a customer can be asked to leave the lounge or terminate entry:

  • If they are found intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly manner.
  • If they are found violating the lounge conditions.
  • For any statutory, regulatory, or airport/railway policy reasons, including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire safety regulations.

The authority to make this decision lies solely with the lounge owner.

To access the lounge, you need to carry the booking voucher and boarding pass. At the entry, the traveller's name on the booking voucher must match the name on the boarding pass. Lounge services can also be accessed by walking in directly and showing an eligible Credit or Debit card at the lounge entrance.
In such a scenario, first, check whether the QR code has expired. Second, check the brightness of your device screen; it may not be high enough. If neither of these works, you can contact our customer service by emailing us at support@loungeone.ai.
The lounges are designed to offer you a private space while you wait for your flight at the airport. Services such as plush seating, complimentary food and drinks, Wi-Fi, charging points, dedicated virtual meeting stations, and shower facilities are typically available. However, these facilities may vary from one lounge to another.
Restrictions and limitations are subject to the respective lounge and their policies, which can vary from place to place. It is advised that you check information about the specific lounge before booking.
If you have a valid Debit or Credit card, you can check the list of lounges airport-wise after adding any valid card while booking your lounge.
