Very good and safe place to stay. Room service is quick, all staff and reception counter members are very polite and healpful. Food quality is really good and different healthy breakfast items everyday

Stayed for 3nights. Their rooms are spacious, clean. The staff was polite, was able to assist us with last minute arrangements very courteously (Mr. Satish). The hotel is located near restaurants for those who want to try Indian cuisine a lot of options outside as well as transport mode. Tuktuks and taxis are readily available outside. They have the hotel restaurant as well where you can dine and order in from your room. Their warm and cold shower is working too. All the staff were assistive and helpful, polite especially the morning shift security lady she smiles a lot, made me feel warm and welcomed. If I am visiting Pune again definitely staying here again.
