The rooms are good but if you want to accommodate an extra person, the hotel is not equipped to handle it. The mattress provided is of poor quality and they do not have extra blankets either. The customer service is sloppy. It’s not that they don’t try, but it’s with a lot of resistance. Eg after check in you have to specify them to start hot water. As soon as we checked in, The bathroom tap came out in our hand when we opened it. When we mentioned it at reception - his first statement was ‘Did u already break it?’ Imagine being accused of breaking when we have only opened. We enter the bathroom, and check the water flow, the drainage was clogged and water kept flooding in the bathroom. Repeated requests to unclog has to be placed after within 15 mins of checking in which a housekeeping lady came and cleaned the bathroom. Drinking water has to be asked for. The remotes for AC and TV do not work bcoz of the batteries and too much reluctance to change the batteries. After check in we had to carry our own luggage to the rooms- difficult for senior citizens or pregnant ladies - reason given staff is not available as all are unwell. Since we were out most of the time and used the room only to crash in on bed at nighttime, I can’t give complete info on the hotel. Location wise it’s a super accessible place and rooms are clean. But customer service stinks

Had a very Peaceful stay at this hotel this week. First booked the room for two nights. After staying for two nights, extended the stay for one more night just for relax and resting in the hotel. Such a peaceful and calm hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was highly comfortable, even better than my recent stays at various hotels of the price range. The bathroom is very clean too. Surely its a Hygiene hotel for stay. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. No nearby good veg restaurants, but can rely on Swiggy and Zomato. The hotel has one non-veg restaurant tie-up for room service. The hotel is located at Head Post office bus-stop, can have buses easily to/from Palakkad Town/KSRTC/Stadium bus stands which are located at 1-2 km distance. The hotel is at ~4km from the Palakkad main railway station (PGT - Olavakode). A recommended hotel for calm and peaceful stay.
