Stayed for two nights at Advaitha residency. Its very basic and standard room, which will be good for someone on work related travel or people in transit. The room, bed linen were clean and room size was decent. Bathroom had hot water available in early morning. Staffs were humble and welcoming. Will prefer this hotel again.

Stay was pleasant. Property is centrally located and easily accessible to all tourist attractions. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Counter Staff & manager very courteous. Allowed early check in with no additional charges. No negativity found.... I do recommend Advaitha Residency.

This is a fairly large hotel. I stayed here one night and it was satisfactory. The rooms are functional, but older and a bit dusty with plaster chipping in some places. Service staff is acceptable, though I felt they could have been a bit nicer to me as a solo traveler.
