Hotel Palace Plaza

The location is good, the hotel is literally old & the washroom is below average. No cupboard & no fan above the bed. Bedsheets, towels & sofa seats are not properly cleaned.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that I had made a grave mistake. The room had an unpleasant odor that hit me like a ton of bricks. It was as if they had never heard of air fresheners or cleaning supplies. The bedding, which should have been a sanctuary of comfort, was marred by unsightly stains that made me question its cleanliness and hygiene. The washroom was another horror story. Broken taps, dirt, and grime in every corner – it was a sanitation disaster waiting to happen. I wouldn't have used it if it were the last washroom on Earth. To add insult to injury, the price I paid for this abysmal experience was a whopping 6k for just one day. Frankly, this hotel doesn't even deserve 1k for an entire day's stay. It's a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice and explore other options. Save your money and your sanity, and avoid this place at all costs. Your hard-earned cash is better spent elsewhere, trust me.
