I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good. The good thing, it is nearby to civil lines bus stand and calm area with good parking facility and EV charging also available here for cars

Sounds in the room could easily penetrate into the room. I was given the room in which immediately outside the sofas were put, multiple folks were talking loudly in the early morning. This disturbed my entire morning. The manager when I told he was if you want please check in rather than understand the situation. The hot water was not coming. When asked they heated the water and provided it. Rating is provided low, because of the rude behaviour of the manager. The location wise a very good place. Service wise I would keep it very low.

You'll have a very nice experience of this home stay. Services are very prompt and good. The hotel staff is very supportive and helpful. They do serve good food but it takes time. They have roof space and walking distance from major civil line areas.
