Never visit ! They refused check us in jn-spite of Confirmed booking through Agoda on 29th night - in extreme cold , hungry , tired , with family Thoroughly uncultured , rude , in-hospitable - INHUMAN !!! Everybody in night staff including Il- behaved counter- person and also Darban seems to well trained by Owner for best ways of indecency , unhelpfulness , irresponsibility ! Overall Pathetic !

I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel on my motorbike trip around India. I stayed 5 days and found my room clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and efficient. The daily breakfast was delicious. The ability to park my motorbike securely was an added bonus. The hotel location is central and makes sightseeing easy.

Great value hotel for ssc candidates who came for DV also they have their own kitchen where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner

I stayed there during night of 1st October 2021. All the staff whether service or person on reception were not supportive and rude also. I think they staff did not know how to behave with customers. Even during the first day of month of October , they did not provide cold drinking water. Room was also not cleaned properly. In my opinion it's not a good choice to stay at prayagraj.
