Amazing place for a get away, a very clean and calm area to be in. The rooms were also very good, clean,tidy and fresh. The property is well maintained and situated with a clear view of the sea. The food too is also decent. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back.

Agonda beach is clean with great scenic view. We spent two nights there. We were not given breakfast which is very strange. But the inner roads leading to the beach are very narrow and congested which turns out to be traffic jam .

They ruined our trip; we made a grave error by selecting the “Agonda Island view”. The owner has no sense of hospitality and has no idea how to treat guests. This is definitely not the place to go if you want to enjoy your holiday and don't want your memorable moments to be ruined. When you get there, they will want you to sign a terms and conditions paper, which they don't disclose or discuss when you make your reservation. You are not permitted to return to your rooms after 9:30, you are not permitted to speak after 9:30 PM (he says “pin drop silent), you are only permitted to order food from their restaurant, which serves terrible food and expensive, and you are not permitted to order food from other restaurants and eat there. Although coffee cups are kept in the rooms, you are not allowed to make your own coffee! 10:30 AM is the check-out time but 1:00 PM is the check-in time!

We bumped upon this place while searching beachside accommodations. We are glad we chose this amazing hotel for our stay in south goa. The cottages are small but cozy and beautiful decorated. Bathroom is extremely clean. All amenities are provided. Breakfast is good too. Hotel staff was bit silent but helpful. But the best part is the access to the beautiful part of the beach which isnt crowded at all and very clean. It is bit difficult to reach hotel and google maps has wrong location so make sure to call them for assistance. Also, it is just besides Cape Goa. You can enter from backside with your vehicle. We are glad we stayed in this property.

My recent stay at Island View Resort was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the receptionist, Jasleen, set the tone with her exceptional courtesy and professionalism. The entire staff demonstrated a commendable level of hospitality throughout my stay. One notable feature of the resort is its reliable power backup, a crucial advantage given the electricity problems that can be prevalent in South Goa. This ensured a seamless and uninterrupted stay, adding a sense of comfort. Moreover, the resort's strategic location is a definite plus. Being situated bang opposite the popular Tree Top Tawa Restaurant not only provides a diverse dining option but also adds convenience for guests looking to explore local culinary delights. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The blend of attentive staff, reliable amenities, and a convenient location made my visit to Island View Resort a memorable one. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a pleasant stay in South Goa.
