Be aware if you book some rooms here like the deluxe cottage, that you will be sent to rosa mystica 2km way down at the south side on the beach and the rooms are not on the beach butbon the other side of the road, attached to a noisy restaurant playing loud music with some building work in the background. The room is ok, clean and with AC but lacks the peaceful beach resort vibe and we don't appreciate the false advertising. Please fix this so future guests are clear on what they are booking 🙏 Not acceptable

Very good place for stay in Agonda south Goa. So many options available here for stay like sea view huts premium sea view huts, beach rooms ac and non ac. We are staying here for second time. Great value for money and can enjoy peaceful vacation. Kids can also enjoy in the wonderful garden they have.

Worst rooms or beach rooms in Agonda. We asked for a beach room and got a local, 3rd class, unclean room. The floors were filled with water from the rains and by evening, our room was flooded with water. The receptionist wearing braces doesn't talk loudly and was talking in a low voice. She was questioning that the amount we paid in app was lesser than the prices at their hotel!!! Kindly requesting all tourists to avoid this hotel!.

We stayed here for 3days in A.C beach hut and delux beach room. The beach hut were more expensive than the delux room. But, the delux room was much more spacious and clean. The location is really nice and the good thing end here. I would not recommend beach hut to anyone specially to people who are claustrophobic. The space is very very small. After a queen size bed not even an arms lenght was left in any corner. The bathroom didnot have any place to even hang your clothes or keep basic toiletries. It was a suffocating experience here. I could have managed with the size of the room if the A.C worked properly. 95% of the time the A.C was not working. On the top of that there was no power backup. Which we were not aware of. Goa has power shortage issue but generally places have power back up but this place didnt. And we really struggled in a small dingy room with technically no A.C in Goa's heat. Also, there are some construction going on in the premises which is fine but it wasn't because the construction stretched till 7 or 8 pm and usually started early in the morning. It was a noise population and we couldn't have a peaceful sleep at all. I observed that the voltage was fluctuating when the construction instrument would start and I may be wrong. We complained about the power shortage issue. Which the person at the reception that time blamed on the govt and when asked why there was no power backup, we were told that because we are paying very less for the room, there was no power backup. If you are planning to go here please book the delux room so you dont suffocate like we did. Also, the person at the reception told that it was mentioned at the site that no power backup was available at the premise but we couldn't find that. So, please be aware of that.
