Rooms not proper clean, no room amenities like toothbrush, paste, washroom sleepers, shampoo etc were provided. They took 2000 rs extra in the name of taxes and charges, whereas on the website the price shown was including taxes and charges. I will never go to this hotel again, as the staffs were also not well behaved. The only thing good about it was its location which was near to aerocity metro station.

Stayed during freezing cold of 2nd week January 2024. Warm water was not available in the washroom in the early morning as they operate some old method of central boiler for sending warm water to the rooms. There is not the facility of individual geysers in rooms. After lot of personal follow up and going to reception personally, one man was deputed with water heater rod. Even this rod could prepare half a bucket lukewarm water. Yes half a bucket for three persons! Only my wife used it and we all remained unbathed. Flush was not working in the toilet seat. The man sent by hotel for this purpose could not set it right. He promised to come again to rectify it, but never returned. There was no bucket and mug in the wash room for bathing. These precious items have to be requested by me in which half lukewarm water could be prepared with water heater rod as stated above. All this mess and gross mismanagement delayed our departure to airport. Ordered tea two times; once served without sugar and on second occasion with too much sugar! Food was without taste. Even roadside dhaba would serve good and tasty food. There are much better options available in Rs 3500.00. Nightmarish experience! Never felt so bad in any hotel of Delhi, till far.

We were fooled by the numerous fake reviews on Booking and booked 2 nights in September 2023. I wish we have checked reviews on Google before doing it. The red flags started showing up from the very beginning: the location is shady, the personnel was very unwelcoming at the check in, hot water is available only a couple of hours a day (there is a big sign at reception). However, we paid for 2 nights and went to check our room. The room was smelling bad. Bed sheets were like never washed. Moreover bed sheets were torn in several places and had large ripped holes… Pathetic and disgusting… Windows were never washed either and the personnel just tried to hide it behind closed curtains… Thus we decided to move to another hotel. When we were leaving, the manager told us that we’ll get a refund for the second night and that we just need to send a request to the hotel. We sent the request, but there was no answer. A second chaser did not help either. Then we tried calling the hotel. At first we got promises to look into our request, but as you can guess, we got neither an answer nor a refund. When I called back the hotel a week after, the hotel manager just hang up the phone and was not even willing to listen when he understood that I was calling regarding the reimbursement and that I was not a potential new customer that they may fool. Bottomline: their worst hotel with very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Keep away from these dishonest people.
