Whole room smelt of urine. There was a random 'locked' door between rooms which didn't feel safe. Towels and bedding stained with what I dread to imagine. Signs warned not to leave valuables or passports unattended, and it genuinely felt like the kind of place youd be robbed. Couldn't allow myself to stay here and had to leave, which the owner didn't seem surprised about.

Dirtiest place I've stayed in india. We left a couple of hours after checking in. Literal human waste on our "clean" towels, unwashed bedding, bathroom stank of urine. Would not let my dog stay here!

The hotels looks goood from outside. It's at convenient place near to IGI Airport. The rooms were quite dirty. I don't think they wash the cushions or blanket. It was very dirty and stinky. The bathroom was also not well maintaned. The western toilet was also dirty and the taps were half broken. The price is also very high considering the quality. The food service was great. We loved the food. They can use white procelain plates instead of dark plastic to make sure they are clean.

The hotel is decent for the price. We stayed at this hotel for one day with family. Pros: Staff is very cooperative. All main facilities properly available (AC, WiFi, free parking etc.) Location is on main road on highway and near airport. Cons: Room doors don't have a latch from inside. Only the lock, which can be opened from outside if you have the key. It was a security issue especially when you are staying with family Bedsheets were dirty, towels were wet, cockroaches & insects in the room.
