Stayed for 3 days, clean room with clean sheets and towels provided. Good food and in close proximity of international airport. Breakfast choice can be a bit improved

The behavior of the staff is outstanding. They went out of the way to cook food for my son who eats only home cook food. Their chef cooked food with the ingredients we gave them as per out instructions. Thank you.

The hotel was alright. The room was smelling like cigarettes when we went in first time and the bed sheets were dirty and collecting dust. We had to get all of that changed. Service was good; the staff obliged without any attitude to all our requests to clean the room. But we had to ask for it. The location is near to airport but stingy. Cab service is provided by the hotel if you need it and is decent.

This hotel was actually closed due to licensing issue when we have visited on 25th August 2023. So we have to settle down in the neighbouring hotel named Viva Palace(Palace is only in the name and it no where looks like palace once you see their rooms on the first floor). Initial room they have allocated was smelling, dust on the sides, age old bathroom fittings and wall had water patches due to the leaking (Room no. 107). Since we had a year old baby, we requested for another room which they have provided it on the second which was much better than on the first floor. Only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant where the food was really delicious. Not much options in the breakfast buffet. While checking out they have billed amount of other rooms as well which was like really crazy. We have to ask them to get it corrected to get the refund!

Imagine going to a hotel to find out that it is closed. All lights turned off at night , just a piece of paper on the door. I asked around and found out that a hotel next door is accepting Vertu guests. How is this even acceptable? It was listed on Make My Trip with good reviews. The service was very poor and desk staff were not at all professional. Disappointing experience.
