I went there with family and we had booked 4 rooms. The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Prem mandir is just 5 minutes walking from here and for rest of the temples, you can get e rikshaw and auto from the main road which as i mentioned is just 5 minutes walking. Rest all the things about the hotel were not up to the mark. Due to heavy rush, we had to check in very late, around 10:45 in the night and we all thought that it would be a relaxing stay as per the ratings of this hotel but it was not the case. Staff was okay and polite and they tried to help us with our concerns in whatever capacity they could at that time. Overall, it was not a very nice and relaxing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel. I hope they spend some money on the issues I am mentioning in the "Rooms" section because the this hotel is actually a very good location. There are quite a few options near by this hotel so see if you can explore any other hotel.

They loot customers by charging high rates. Dirty rooms & Toilet. Take full advantage of needy customers. Charge exorbitantly for everything. Take payment in cash for everything to avoid paying taxes. No intercom service. A customer has to go to counter at ground floor to ask anything even if he is staying on 3rd floor. Staff at counter arrogant & non helpful. Will not recommend anyone for stay..

Very Costly. I have booked for 1 night, but they have changed high cost and also denied for providing the bill. Also they have not accepted the Credit Card. Very disappointing hotel.

Value for money hotel, walkable distance from Prem Mandir. However you can't bring your taxi vehicle here during the day due to road blocks, so you have to take auto and go. Hotel rooms are spacious and airy with ample natural light. It has a small refrigerator and cooking area geyser in washrooms. The food in the hotel was not good, it took them forever to serve veg thali.
