Very disappointed with their service.We were already staying there and They gave our room to another person just for money. And asked us to leave ASAP. Not worthy your money and their service was also not very great. They keep disturbing during the stay just because they want to show the room to other customers. No privacy given and customer service was really very very bad. Not recommend anyone to stay there.

Had a very nice experience during the stay at NV Palace. The staff is very courteous and professional. Prices are also very affordable especially during peak days.

It was a beautiful experience, rooms were way clean and service was also great and the manager was really good and nice. The location was away from crowd so it was also good choice. I had a good experience.

I was already staying there and i told them in advance that we are continuing this hotel for next day also and i paid them in advance too and i went to mandir and they called me that our room is already booked and that person is offering us 500rs. More than you for room so you have to checkout. And because of them i had to came back to Delhi bcs there was no other hotel room left in town. Better not to visit there and they do not provide any blankets or towels and food .
