A little bit expensive on the side, although the staff were friendly, the customer service was not up to the expectation. Food and service were okay.

The place was pretty close to Kanjurmarg Railway Station. You can easily walk to the railway station. The rooms are so nice and the service is awesome. It's worth the price they are charging. The breakfast is also nice. There are many options to choose from and it is suitable for both South Indians and North Indians. It was a very pleasant stay. We stayed for a week. The check in and check out process was also very quick and smooth. There weren't any hassles. Thanks to the whole team for offering us a wonderful stay.

The food quality was disappointing, the staff was rude, and the service reflected unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are willing to spend money on subpar food and service.

The rooms are very specious. However the bathroom fixtures are not maintained properly and wasn't working as it should. The AC remote doesn't have a off button! I'm not joking at all it had to be turned off manually. Getting room service was difficult because I didn't know any numbers and couldn't find numbers manual/sheet in the room. Other than that valet service was outstanding, I didn't have any food here but I heard from a friend that it was lovely. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

All reviews are paid reviews , dont come to this pathetic hotel come only if you want to loose ur money and belonginga as well , If we could put a zero star would have surely given that the staff was rude plus they were all con man, trying to fool their customers, took 3000 rs extra from me even after giving a written recipt , the lady at the reception miss anupaman, mr swapnil , and one more lady who sits in the morning all three of them are theives Never book this hotel , very pathetic staff and rooms
