Very congested place. I recently booked the hotel for my brother and his wife. She is pregnant, she had to climb the stairs since room was allotted on 2nd floor and the hotel doesn't have lift. Also at the time of booking I was assured of 2hrs extension since the return train was in evening. But the hotel guys started disturbing since morning asking to vacate without any extension. In breakfast they served Poha which was ok. Guys pls check thoroughly before booking.

To far out with limited choice of eateries. The place has very enthusiastic staff but the rooms are not placed well if you are elderly or one having physical difficulty. Rooms have no lock.
