It's a very humble guest house but by the standards of what is available in this budget around Tapovan, this is luxury. The bathrooms are clean. The sheets are white and clean. They provide towel and soaps. They have TV in the rooms. They are aesthetically sound. The lights could be warm white instead of cold white. The location is fantastic. Quiet and secluded in the heart of Tapovan. However the best part of the place is the staff. The owners, Vinod and Kishore are very humble and hospitable. Abhishek, the resident staff is very helpful and accomodative. I stayed here for 8 days and it was worth it.

Very fraud people, they post other hotel photo in their hotel page we book 4 room with goibibo but at the time of check in they tell us they have only 2 room available, please go in our other non ac guest house and adjust otherwise cancel booking. Dont book this property.

Good place to stay very near to laxaman jhula. Room is not standard enough but manageable. AC noise is so much that it feels like in heavy metal factory.. pls check room before checkin if the AC noise is manageable for you or not.. other staff is good and location is very good

The location of this residency is not good. Yeah, it's in Tapovan but reaching the location seems difficult. The roads are too narrow that 4 wheelers can't reach up to the entrance or nearby the entrance of the hotel. I would like to rate like Location-wise 1 star, Staff behaviour 4 stars, Service 3 star, Economy-wise 1 star. Based on all the above criteria I must say that you can easily get the best and economical hotels in Tapovan and in Rishikesh than this hotel.
