The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The owners Mr Nikhil and Mr Parth has always been friendly, patient and helpful,that impressed me the most . Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The location is great- very near to Arambol beach. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I m back in Goa"

DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!!! I advise against it! hopeless owners. They lie! they do not inform guests about the costs and at the end they charge for toilet paper and water. the internet is hopeless, and the owners, despite the reported problem, ignore the customer. I rented a room for 3 weeks, at the end the owners made a fuss about additional costs that they did not inform about at the beginning. it's noisy, there's always a party going on behind the fence. rooms are not cleaned! terrible service! I do not recommend!!!!!

Worst place to be no proper maintenance no proper room service. they don't even have hot water in the room when we ask for hot water they provided rod to heat water. The rooms have cracks where your privacy may be breached . over priced and location is not so reachable it is not safe for traveling with the female partner I don't recommend this for anyone there is no value for money.
