Nice place and rooms. Did have some issue with the rooms but Priya made the necessary changes and was very kind enough. The place is just walking distance to the beach. The beach is least crowded and feels private. The staff is nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this place and Priya at reception will help you out.

The resort is situated in the interiors but beach is easily accessible from it. The service is very slow.you have to wait a lot for food. Overall resort is beautiful I had booked premium cottage having a beautiful sea and garden view. Evenings are beautiful there. Food is a bit overpriced and the horrible thing was they charged us 1000/- for a tiny oil stain on the bedsheet which could have been easily cleaned. For this ,I would give them one star or zero if possible ,for not being considerate.

Great experience with a near-beach hotel and an even closer bar/restaurant with the beach. Near perfect hospitality with slight delays but overall dope service. Lovely varied breakfast for with a serene view of the Sea. The Staff is friendly and polite as well. Highly recommended for a great north goa experience.

I had visited with my family and we had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were not up to the mark as compared to the price. Considering double occupancy, things should have already kept ready like cups, glasses, etc. We had to order separately. In the other rooms, something or the other had to be fixed, either the leaking bathroom faucet, or AC remote not working, flush was not working properly. Reaching the place was a big challenge, if not for maps, it would have been difficult to get the location. There were no sign boards on the roads. The access to the beach is the only great advantage, the rooms are priced too high, it's as good as a 5 star price, but totally not worth the money.
