The location is good. The place is calm and quiet. We stayed at The Ark Resort, Pachmarhi for 04 nights from 24th Oct, 2023. On first day there was a problem with hot water. But, they solved the issue successfully. All the staffs are good, co-operative, well-behaved. The restaurant is very good. They made food as per our requirement. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The staffs of the restaurant and kitchen are very good and cooperative. The boy Durgesh is very good. Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Pawan, Mr. Birendrea are good.

It's a average resort , one should book this resort only if any other decent resort are not available. The rooms are small and not well maintained. Room are converted from old building. Even the service and food is Just average

Excellent food service by Mr sandeep Thakur, we had to leave early, For our flight, he has packed a breakfast for us, we had super food on the 2 days stay, amazing tasty, thepla, Methi paratha, Khichdi, Kashi, soups, every thing made was excellent in taste even the Parathas for breakfast..

They denied the goibibo bookings, and charged 3 times the cost mentioned on the goibibo site. Moreover, they disconnected landline phones after 11 PM, and no one was available after that even on Christmas Eve. Added in Review After reply from resort: Initially I asked, I am booking it from Goibibo, but you said we are not taking bookings from Goibibo, even when rooms are available on site.
