We stayed with friends in heritage cottages for 3 nights during weekdays, rooms were clean and ample space. The property is quiet and good for groups looking for private space during weekdays. Service, Food, Ambience, Hygiene is good. Kitchen service is pure veg and has limited time service. Away from the city center (approx 4km). So prefer to have your own vehicle.

Stayed there with family for 4 days in Jan'24......Awesome hospitality, location and food. Many thanks to Mr. Jeeshan the manager for taking care of everything including sightseeing and transport. Must stay @ Woodlands Adventure Resort if visiting Pachmarhi. Also to mention that the food was finger licking good.

Rooms are very old, not well maintained, needs urgent renovation, towels are very old, service is very poor, no wifi connection at your room, not in the city center if you do not have a vehicle it would be difficult to commute. You can get much better hotel in this price range in panchmarhi.
