I stayed with my 1.5 year kids. This is one of the best service I have ever seen. Traveling with baby is nightmare for every mother but the people in the hotel helped me a lot to overcome such hard time. They offered every help possible to take care of baby. And by the way the tea made by grandma is awesome. Over all excellent service

Enjoyed a tranquil stay near the French colony and street. Rooms were impeccably clean and hygienic, contributing to an overall positive experience. However, the rooms were on the pricier side. Nonetheless, a good choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

We got a good deal on agoda app for 3 nights. Rooms were clean but there were alot of cockroaches in the room. Location is really nice Service is also good ,staff is friendly they definitely will help you.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and my experience was extremely disappointing: Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was greeted by a strong cigarette smell upon entering the room for the first time. The presence of cockroaches throughout the hotel was alarming. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no other rooms were available, and I was told to "get adjusted" for the night. Unfortunately, I did not receive a different room the following day. To make matters worse, I was charged an exorbitant price for this subpar experience. Additionally, it's worth noting that housekeeping services were only available during the day, which limited the convenience of maintaining a clean environment. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, given the multiple disappointments and inconveniences I encountered during my stay.
