Best hotel in manali very respectful behaviour of every staff including house keeping and restaurant staff and location of the resort is perfect and very beautiful and very enjoyable view from the room and the rooms are also very big and space ful and central heater system of resort works perfectly fine we didn't feel cold inside our room and dinner of the resort is very amazing and they provide very hot and live food to you and they also personalized something for you if you don't like buffet menu. Staff behaviour is very nice and respectful

Location is good. There is lot of open space. Ours was Jacuzzi room. The room was stinking badly, why the hotel staff did not notice that? Why customer has to inform? Second day they corrected it. The gymnasiam was a joke. For the sake of it being a resort, it is kept. No instrument is working. The trademill minimum speed was 10kmph! Pulley machine was broken, weights were mismatching with the bar. And the manager was not aware of this condition,! Food quality is ok. Variety can be further increased. Jacuzzi is useful for a couple only.

A special shoutout to Arjun Singh, whose engaging backstories about the place added a delightful touch to our experience. His culinary skills were equally impressive, serving us some truly lip-smacking dishes. Not a single complaint can be made about this place; it offers a hassle-free and delightful stay. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable getaway. And, of course, the breathtaking view from the room was the perfect cherry on top.
