It seems hotel was leased and mismanaged then back to owner per front desk. Everything is in very bad shape, rooms need major repair, no TV, internet is for name sake available only near front desk, booking person didn’t tell steep climb needed to reach hotel. Staff is very nice and courteous but there is limit what they can do. It must have been great property when built. So, don’t get fooled by pictures and other reviews from the past and if possible just avoid.

I was there in last night ' it was very nice hotel ' our family enjoy very much . Amazing location with best view ' rooms is very nice ' Staff is also very supportive .

Great experience. Had stayed here last month & I must tell all the staff were really good. The management there is amazing. Food is also really good and the way staff served it is appreciated. The Politeness and behaviour of staff/management which is making me writing this. I will definitely recommend my colleagues this Hotel. And will looking forward to stay here again very soon.

I had such a blast staying at this hotel. The hospitality of the staff and attention to every detail was truly exceptional. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and has everything one could ask for. The views from the rooms were beautiful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Pangot!
