We (me and my wife) wanted to visit Mahabalipuram to see it's beautiful temples and sea beaches. I did research and selected this hotel for our stay. I booked this hotel room (super delux) for 4 nights by directly contacting hotel and paying them in advance. I got the confirmation receipt from hotel. When I reached to hotel, the hotel staff without having courtesy to welcome. They asked me to fill form and allocated me a third class room (a room above common restrooms and metal made zigzag stairs which is difficult to take your luggage). They told me to stay for a night in this room due to other rooms are already sold out to some group of students. From tomorrow they will give me the room I booked for. I saw the room and didn't liked and didn't felt safe and asked for my actual booked room. They denied and told me if I can't take that room then cancel the booking. I had no options but to search for another hotel by paying as per demand. I had to cancel the booking. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. They are cheater, scammer & Unprofessional. They have no respect for human and do not know how to behave with people.

Rooms were super clean..and the Atmosphere is perfect to enjoy a holiday... Prices are really affordable and also near to mahabalipuram beach nearly 1km.

A good nd compact place for friends nd family stay. Food was average nd morning buffet was good.. Nt expected as frm d website.. It's just a stay nd no space to enjoy nd wander around.. Swimming pool was also not clean.. Need to improve a lot ..
