Very bad experience, they are not providing anything and charge huge amounts. They do not have lift, they do not provide room essentials and bathroom kits. Only Staff behaviour is good. At the same price you can get other good properties.

Hotel is located very near from all the heritage sights of Mamallapuram. Rooms are clean and big. Service is quick. Staff amicable and well behaved. Breakfast is delicious. Beach is at about 10 mins walkable distance. So overall a nice place to stay.

Customer care and service at its the best - my comment for my stay at Mamalla Inn. I had decided to stay in Mahabalipuram at last minute and right from phone booking of room till drop to the airport was an amazing experience. Hotel Team is extremely helpful, they helped getting me breakfast in time, arranged for cab. Room was neat and clean. Property is located within walking distance of all monuments. In fact Mahabalipuram town itself is Tourist Friendly. Many thanks to Mr Ramanan and entire hotel team - including reception person, room attendant and restaurant staff for making our stay memorable. Service quality exceeded any 5 star hotel. We have decided to stay here again and explore tourist attractions around.
