Peacefull stay me and my wife ever had in J&k.Food was amazing ,service was too good,they give you all the necessary amenities u need.Morning breakfast was also good with many option.Market and Famous Raghunath temple is very much near to the hotel. Staff behaviour is too good,service staff,hk staff all are fine.... Special Thanks to Mr Shoaib and Reception team(Mr Atul and Ms Anita Thakur) for there welcoming behaviour,keep it up Team Bloom,will visit again for sure.

The hotel is ideally located in the midst of the town and the market street. The room was neat and clean. But there was no fridge. Service was not good. On my check-in, there was no towel in the room. When asked to send me one, they took 20 mnts to send me one. When I asked them to help me with the cab, they said go out, and nearby there is a taxi stand and take a taxi from there. The breakfast buffet was ok ok, limited choice and not up to the mark. Pooris kept there were cold. The person standing there was non smiling and cold. Coffee machine is pathetic. So, in case you are traveling for work and want a room to sleep, then it is a nice place. Otherwise, I was a bit disappointed.

One of the cleanest & well designed hotels I have been in. Rooms are spacious, well lit and include all amenities. Chef Hayat Singh served delicious breakfast! Poha, mouth-watering omelette, coffee, and on the house juice!😍 Memorable stay

Dear Bloom Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional stay I had at your establishment. When I entered to the Hotel, felt like entered to the luxurious hotel and price also very much affordable. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, my experience was truly outstanding, The service provided by the staff was impeccable. All were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs was truly remarkable. The room was not just comfortable, but it was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and it was evident that every effort had been made to ensure my comfort and convenience. I must also commend for one of the cleanest and well designed hotel at Jammu. Searched multiple hotels in Jammu for 2 hours and end of here which I can say "Sabar kaa phal mitha hota hai". Your rigorous sanitation measures put my mind at ease, allowing me to enjoy my stay without worry. In summary, my stay at Bloom Hotel was nothing short of excellent. I will undoubtedly recommend your establishment to friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the future again.
