At 1k per day this hotel is not bad. Room, bedsheets, towels, blankets were all clean and washed. Washroom cleanliness could be improved a little more. No parking. No lift. Overall a good catch at this price.

The pictures on the website and the real hotel are deceiving. The rooms and property are very dirty and in bad conditions.Service is low grade, and materials like towels and bedsheets are very bad and dirty.No provisions for hot water 24/7 and very noisy neighborhood.Be careful and don't get decieved.

Rooms are decent. Bathrooms are clean and functional. Service is also good. location is near bus stand. To reach from Railways Station Take Matador to Bikram Chowk Then Matador from Bikram Chowk to Bus stand. It's walking distance from from Bus stand.

We are a couple and were returning from srinagar at night. We booked our room over phone and the manager was patient enough to answer all our queries whether it be good or bad. When we reached the hotel, the staff was receptive and tried their best to help us. The rooms were decent and the washroom was excellent . The cost was very affordable for us and it was a value for money hotel for us. In the morning when we were leaving an unfortunate event occured where a dog bit me. It was very early in the morning and the staff still helped us with whatever they could including first aid and also helped us by calling an auto from their contacts who didnot take advantage of our circumstance and took the nominal amount to drop us to the station. All in all it was a very good value for money hotel and i will definitely come back to stay again
