To start with the room, it was really good only cons was not that spacious. Staffs were really kind and good. We had special request to make food for small baby by using our raw materials , they did without any hesitation. Location wise you have good super markets and other necessary items. Only limitation was it is bit far from tourist area.

Rooms designed and decorated excellent. Good finer arrangements in room that are not lacking even in 7 star hotels . Bathroom fittings need some correction especially toilet spray . Need to fit handwash bottle on basin . Tv needa to be repaired . Food was very good . Receptiom very cooperative and responsive. Service can be slightly improved. Overall very good experience.. wish them all the best .

Overpriced! The rooms are clearly not like what you see in the photos. The balcony room is absolutely useless, do not book it, reason being that its a SHARED BALCONY! Two rooms share one common balcony. Where's the privacy in that? No fans in the room, 16 degrees on central AC was worse than 24 degrees on a normal AC that we experienced in other rooms. The price they quote is really not worth the penny, I wouldn't have paid more than 2.5k on the room if I had seen the room before booking. The interiors of the hotels are poorly done as well. We had to ask the receptionist to turn on the lights on our floor. I would like to point out that the staff was friendly to us, very cooperative and very humble, no complaints on that front at least.
