Bad staff behaviour , Manager Suresh is arrogant and he is not like a Manager he should be a watch man instade. GM Tiwari must take an action on this. I visited with my family at restaurant but Even seats are vacant Manager suresh behaviour was not good with family he talked like a Road side person , when we asked him for his behaviour he replied I am the owner of this hotel and denied to give complaint register for his complaint. My family felt very bed and not happy to visit your hotel again for any thing , Please take an action against Manager Suresh and Staff Umed singh. GM tiwari should take an action to stop these incident with other people.
